SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy describes how HydroNest products are processed, shipped, and delivered when you place an order with BMP Supplies Inc. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing Time

All HydroNest orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order is received.
Processing times may vary depending on when your order is placed (for example, weekends or holidays).
 

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment with one of our shipping partners.

Shipping Times

Shipping transit times depend on your delivery location.

  • Typical transit time: 1–5 business days from the date your order ships

  • Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship HydroNest products to:

  • Canada

  • United States (not including Hawaii or Alaska)
     

At this time, we do not ship outside of North America.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for the Shipping Locations listed above. If you require unique shipping options please contact hydronest@bmpsupplies.com

Order Tracking

all orders include tracking.

  • You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is preparing for shipment.

  • Please note: receiving this email means your order is being prepared and will ship shortly but it may not yet be in transit.

  • Tracking updates will become active once the package has been picked up by the courier.

Local Pickup

We offer local pickup if it is selected as a shipping method during checkout.

Service Interruptions & Delays

While we strive to meet all stated shipping timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
 

  • Carrier service disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High shipping volumes

  • Customs or regional delivery restrictions
     

BMP Supplies Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
