REFUND POLICY

We offer a 30-day return policy for HydroNest purchases, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • The HydroNest must be in the same condition you received it

  • Unused and uninstalled

  • In its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase
     

BMP Supplies Inc. reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these requirements.

You must contact us before sending any product back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned HydroNest, we will notify you of approval and process your refund in full.
 

Refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.
 

  • Please allow 2–8 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • If you do not see your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
